नमस्ते [Namaste]🙏, I’m Lokesh
I’m an Engineer based in Chandigarh, India 🇮🇳. For most of my career, I’ve worked as a Blockchain Developer, and my project portfolio reflects that experience (around 4 years). Along the way, I’ve also gained experience in Frontend, Backend, and DevOps.
These days, I’m immersed in technologies closer to the hardware — embedded systems, device drivers, kernels, and other low-level components — learning how software interacts with the underlying machine. I’m also exploring artificial intelligence, fascinated by the idea of intelligent machines, and I hope to contribute to these fields in the near future.
Curiosity drives me — from code to circuits.
A bit about my journey…#
My passion for technology began in 2005, when I was about five years old, tinkering with my dad’s early-2000s Compaq PC. That clunky grey box really sparked my curiosity.
As I grew up, I watched technology transform around me — from bulky CRT monitors to sleek laptops, from dial-up internet to broadband, from floppy disks to CDs to USB drives, and from Windows 98 to Windows XP to Windows 7 to Windows 10(I stopped using Windows after that). Everything was so magical.
I didn’t start programming until 2015, but once I did, I was hooked. Before that, I spent my time experimenting with whatever hardware I could get my hands on. About four years ago, I discovered blockchain technology and was immediately drawn to the idea of removing the middleman from financial systems — something I guess any rebellious person in their early 20s would love! I dove into blockchain development and spent the next four years working in the industry, which turned out to be an incredibly fun and fulfilling experience.
A few personal tidbits…#
When I’m not on my computer, I enjoy music, reading about history (especially my Indian heritage), and spending time with friends and family. I’m more of an introvert by nature, but I love traveling to my hometown — a small town in Himachal Pradesh — and occasionally to new places whenever I get the chance.
